“Kundalini Yoga and the Chakras with Lisa Steels. Gain an experience of Kundalini Yoga as we explore the functions and benefits of each chakra, the main energy centres in the body. A brief explanation of Kundalini Yoga will be followed by a practice to engage and activate the chakras.
After the physical practice, the functions and challenges of each chakra will be discussed, with examples of how we can improve our overall daily chakra functioning. Anyone interested in gaining further yogic experience and understanding with the chakras is welcome. Please bring a pen, notepad and water bottle along with any comfortable clothing or yoga props.
