Playground Program "kids helping kids' Car Wash | The Kids are helping Kids! :) Drop by Western Financial Place (playground side) between 1-3 pm on Tuesday August 21st for a car wash and a cold lemonade both available by donation. Funds raised will benefit East Kootenay Friends of Children

Hot Summer Grolsch Party | Do yourself a favour (and us!) this hot summer and cool off with some ice cold Grolsch Beer. Patio will be open, tunes will be playing, beer will be flowing and tasty snacks will be at your fingertips. We will have the usual spread of cheese and appetizers.

Wear your most colourful and fun beach attire - we're talking Hawaiian shirts, bathing suits, short shorts, visors, funky dresses . . . you name it! A prize will go to the best dressed.

Black Spur Ultra | Black Spur Ultra IV! A race wrought from the winding, technical single track that trail runners dream about. No pavement, big climbs through rugged terrain, and stunning scenery. In its first year many racers dubbed Black Spur an "instant classic". Hosted at Kimberley Alpine Resort, you can walk to the start line right from your hotel room.
